SHIPPING

All parcels are sent from Germany via DHL and include tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to you by email once the order has shipped. We are committed to shipping your orders as quickly as possible, but please bare in mind that you are ordering from a small business and allow up to 14 days for deliveries.

In order for these deadlines to be respected, make sure that you communicate correct and complete information regarding the delivery address, cell phone number and email address. Please also note that the shipping delays are out of our hands once the parcels have left the studio, and that the holiday season can be a bit crazy, so make sure you place your orders on time :)

If you are based in Berlin, you also have the possibility to retrieve your order directly at my studio based in Neukölln. Simply select “Studio pick-up” at the checkout and we will email you to arrange a time slot for pick-up.

Outside of Germany, orders can be shipped to the following countries:

RETURNS

 

I measure and describe each piece carefully, but please note that they are made by hand and therefore are all unique. Each piece is produced in small batches, and the dimensions, shape and glaze effects may vary from one batch to another.

I wrap the pieces as safely as possible to ensure your orders get to you in one piece. However, should you not be happy about a piece, or should something get damaged during transport, please document that and get in touch at the following address: hello@helkaceramics.com.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it undamaged and unused within 14 days (the date indicated by the carrier). The customer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning an undamaged item. Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. You must ensure that fragile products arrive intact; any merchandise that arrives damaged, chipped or broken will not be refunded. If you wish to return an item, please contact me by email for advice and directions.
